Digital Products and Services
- Eligibility for Refunds:
- Refunds for digital products and services are eligible under the following conditions:
- The request for a refund is made within 14 days of purchase.
- The digital product or service was not accessed, downloaded, or delivered.
- Refunds for digital products and services are eligible under the following conditions:
- Conditions for Non-Refundable Services:
- Custom design services that have been initiated or completed.
- Approved design concepts and delivered final files.
- Digital products that have been downloaded or used.
- Procedure for Refunds:
- To request a refund, please contact us at hello@awtadlink.com with your order details and the reason for the request. Our team will review your case and respond within 3 business days.
- If approved, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Order Cancellations
- Eligibility for Cancellations:
- Orders for digital services may be canceled before work has commenced. Once a project starts, cancellations may not be permitted.
- Procedure for Cancellations:
- To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at support@awtadlink.com. Include your order number and details of the services purchased.
- If work has not started on your order, we will process the cancellation and issue a full refund.
Modifications and Revisions
