Refund and Cancellations

Digital Products and Services

  1. Eligibility for Refunds:
    • Refunds for digital products and services are eligible under the following conditions:
      • The request for a refund is made within 14 days of purchase.
      • The digital product or service was not accessed, downloaded, or delivered.
  2. Conditions for Non-Refundable Services:
    • Custom design services that have been initiated or completed.
    • Approved design concepts and delivered final files.
    • Digital products that have been downloaded or used.
  3. Procedure for Refunds:
    • To request a refund, please contact us at hello@awtadlink.com with your order details and the reason for the request. Our team will review your case and respond within 3 business days.
    • If approved, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Order Cancellations

  1. Eligibility for Cancellations:
    • Orders for digital services may be canceled before work has commenced. Once a project starts, cancellations may not be permitted.
  2. Procedure for Cancellations:
    • To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at support@awtadlink.com. Include your order number and details of the services purchased.
    • If work has not started on your order, we will process the cancellation and issue a full refund.

Modifications and Revisions

  1. Digital Services:
    • We offer a limited number of revisions for our digital services to ensure your satisfaction, as outlined in your service agreement. Additional revisions may be subject to extra charges.
  2. Procedure for Revisions:
    • To request revisions, please contact your designated project manager or email hello@awtadlink.com with your specific revision requests.
